Zoe Shpiner, ASW

Associate Therapist; Under the supervision of Jordyn Levine, LCSW

I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) and received my Masters in Social Work from USC and bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University. I currently provide therapy to young adults both in the private practice setting and at Didi Hirsch, a community mental health center. Across all settings, I believe that there is no better space than therapy to gently investigate and begin to heal patterns and stories held in the mind + body that have been holding you back.

My style is based on a relational, attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach. I incorporate neurobiology, mindfulness, self-compassion, inner-child work, and radical-acceptance to help clients rebuild authentic, comfy, trusting relationships with themselves and others.

As a therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping folks understand themselves from the inside-out. With that said, I am not afraid to sit with you in your feelings, witness your pain, laugh through the frustration, and create space for your healing process. Change in life is really hard, and you do not need to go through it alone. While I’m trained in the therapy process, you are the expert of your own experience. Our work together will fit who you are and how you see the world. I’m looking forward to learning from you.
